Hmmm, I&#039;m not sure. You&#039;re referring to the honey-lavender syrup in the peaches post? Have you filled the jars up too high? You should make sure to leave about a 1 to 1.5 centimeter head-space (1/4-1/2 an inch). Or maybe when you poured the liquid in, it spilled? A good way of avoiding spills is to use a special canning funnel sized to the neck of the jars.</description>
