		<description>I can&#039;t tell you how great it is. I thought the slices would be too fat, but it didn&#039;t make a difference because they were soft and candied sweet. Leaves attached! Never seen that. I hope you&#039;ll post it when you make your clem marm. P.s. I also used to think beets just tasted like dirt. I guess we like dirt now? I&#039;ve got this recipe on my list now...</description>

I also have Ms. Ferber&#039;s Mes Confitures book and that recipe is on my list! Yours looks great.</description>
